Mr & Mrs W & family USA (Holiday)

Both Sue and Peter are accommodating, sincere, and caring hosts.

This was our family's first visit to London- and their B&B in Wimbledon was the perfect platform for our visit. We were greeted at the airport by a private taxi that Sue had arranged-- which I would highly recommend.

The room was huge. The beds were comfortable. There were both a shower and a tub, a heated towel rack, soft towels, and an array of soaps and creams. There were fresh flowers and every day our room was made fresh and tidy for us. There were teas and lovely cakes in our room. The fridge was stocked with waters. And for our daughter: there were special Gluten Free treats.

It was a short walk to the bus- and a quick ride to the train/tube station. Getting around was easy--and Peter was helpful with maps and suggestions. We went into London everyday - although we would have liked to have the time to explore Wimbledon a bit more, too. (Maybe on our next visit...)

The breakfast was amazing. I'd go back there just for the food!! The tables were set with pressed tablecloths & napkins, lovely china, and fresh flowers. There were fresh fruits, cereals (and gluten free cereals) yogurts, and fresh juices. Each day Peter took our order. He brought out coffee or tea and he cooked the best eggs (any style) and toast (including Gluten Free breads) and beans and tomatoes and Salmon!!

Every day we were relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated -- thanks to our hosts. Our family appreciated the extra efforts that Sue and Peter made. They made us feel special and welcomed and well cared for. We would highly recommend Forest Lodge Bed and Breakfast to our best friends!!

Mr & Mrs K  3 children, France (Holiday)

Ms M, Israel (Business)

I stayed on my own at this brilliant B&B only recently and can highly recommend it! The duration of my stay was 7 nights and I felt great in each and every one of them.
It is situated in a lovely and most beautiful neighborhood - quies, safe and very pleasat at all times. Easy to reach the Wimbledon Tube/railway station , from which a journey to central London is also very easy. The common is 2 minutes away from the house and it is so lovely to take long quiet walks in such a most beautiful and relaxing area.
For me , it felt like heaven!
Sue and Peter the hosts are superb and knew how to make me at home and still I had all the privacy I needed.
Great cooked fresh breakfast by Peter - the most perfect host I have ever met!
The pool is also a great plus - I did not have the time to use it and I regret it...
Value for money - perfect!
In summary - I highly recomment the Forest Lodge and I thank Peter and Sue for being such brilliant hosts.
